The Human Rights Reporting Award (HRRA)
A portion of all workshop fees will contribute to scholarships for local journalists (outside of N America/Europe) to attend future workshops and towards an annual Human Rights Reporting Award.

Entries will be evaluated with an emphasis on:
- Depth of research, analysis and presentation of a particular human rights issue
- Quality of presentation of filmmaking, reporting or photography
- Impact and the potential for promoting understanding and effecting change in attitudes at public, NGO or political levels.
